Common reasons for a block

A request can be blocked because the current user lacks permission, the capability is not enabled, the request needs different input, a safety or business rule applies, AI credits cannot fund the operation, or a required service is temporarily unavailable.

Use the reason shown by Prismaya

Follow the specific reason and next step shown in the product. Ask a workspace or billing administrator when the message directs you to them. Retry only when Prismaya identifies a temporary failure or after the authoritative workspace condition has changed.

Public documentation cannot determine your live permissions, entitlements, balance or service health and does not override the reason returned by Prismaya.
