Audiences: reusable recipient definitions

Understand reusable recipient definitions and how audiences support Prismaya engagement workflows.

Audiences is the place in Prismaya for defining reusable recipient definitions that other engagement features can reference. The page header explicitly names Campaigns, Email, Newsletters, Events, and Automations as the target workflows for these audience definitions.

What Audiences are

Audiences are reusable recipient definitions intended to be referenced by Prismaya engagement workflows.

Helper text on the Audiences page lists the source types you can combine into an audience: contacts, groups, users, roles, and emails.

Where Audiences are used

The Audiences page is visually associated with Campaigns, Email, Newsletters, Events, and Automations, indicating those are the workflows designed to reference audience definitions.

Page controls and current view

Controls at the top of the main panel include a Search Audiences text input (placeholder: "Search Audiences"), two dropdowns labeled "All statuses" and "All sources", and an Apply button.

A + Add Audience button is available in the top-right of the main content area.

The main content area currently shows a message reading "No Audiences yet" with helper text: "Create reusable recipient definitions from contacts, groups, users, roles, and emails."

The Audiences entry in the left navigation is highlighted as the active page. The top header contains a separate global search input (placeholder: "Search navigation..."), the PRISMAYA logo at top-left, and a footer with the product copyright text.
